APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Road Mixing Application Method:
· Prepare the aqueous solution by mixing with the water for blending. The recommended dosage is 0.05%-0.08% of the stabilizer.
· Mix the stabilized materials with cement, lime, and fly ash in a certain proportion, then spray the stabilizer solution and mix it 2-3 more times. After that, use a roller to compact, with a compaction rate of no less than 96%.
· After the mixture is compacted and passes the inspection, curing can begin. Curing can be done using watering, geotextile, or emulsified asphalt curing. The curing period should be no less than 7 days.
Plant Mixing Application Method
· The plant mixing application method can refer to the cement-stabilized crushed stone mixing and production processes. Specific procedures should follow the relevant requirements of JTG/T F20-2015 “Technical Specifications for Road Pavement Subbase Application.”
