Description

Surface Preparation

Concrete roof:
Ensure substrates are solid, clean, dry and free from contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, old paint and loose material.

Color steel roof:
Damaged base must be repaired and the foundation treatment must be carried out with a matching primer.

Environmental requirements:
Do not attempt application if rain is imminent.

Application:

Apply using a roller, brush or airless spray. Stir gently until the mix is homogeneous. For the primer coat, dilute YHCoat-900 with 15-20% clean water. Once the primer

coat is dry to touch, apply a minimum of 2 undiluted layers of YHCoat-900. Please ensure the previous layer is completely dry before applying the next.

Detail node treatment:

Expansion joints, drainage pipes and other detail nodes must be reinforced, and the reinforced polyester cloth is embedded in the coating in the way of "one cloth and two coatings", so that the waterproof coating can fully saturate the carcass layer, and there shall be no wrinkles and warping.

Cleaning of tools:

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
