Description

YHPri-410 consists of polymer acrylic emulsion, which can be applied to cement mortar as primer to improve the chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance and salt resistance of the substrate.

Application Information

Substrate shall be primed with a 1:3 mixture of YHPri-410 and water.

Substrate Preparation

The substrate shall be flat, solid and dry without defects such as visible water, floating ash, dusting, cracks, oil stains and other loose materials. Remove all dust and pollutants that may affect adhesion.

Mixing

Apply YHPri-410 as a primer to the substrate by brush, roller or spray. Application

Apply the primer to the surface at a rate of approximately 0.2 kg/m2/coat. For porous substrate, apply a layer of mortar.

Cleaning of Equipment

Clean all tools and equipment after use with water. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
