Description

YHRepair-FastPlug is a powdery waterproof leak stopper made of special cement and additives by special technology. It is suitable for waterproofing and leakage stoppage on the leakage substrate, especially for the key waterproofing at internal corners of walls and floors and pipe roots before applying waterproof materials in kitchens and bathrooms. It can also be used for rapid repair and installation.

Storage condition	During transportation, protect from rain and pack fragile items. Unopened products shall be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place at 5-35°C, strictly protected from moisture and prohibited from contacting with water. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months.

Substrate Treatment

Before construction, it shall be ensured that the substrate is solid and free of dust, sundries, oil stains and other loose objects. The substrate shall be fully wetted but free of visible water.

Slurry Preparation

Pour an appropriate amount of clean water into a clean container, add powder (according to the water-cement ratio), and stir quickly until a uniform slurry without lumps is formed. The amount of water added can be adjusted according to the feeling of the construction personnel, as well as the ambient temperature and humidity.

Strengthening Treatment of Waterproof Joints.

The slurry shall be evenly applied to the internal corners and pipe roots of walls and floors with a trowel, so as to ensure complete filling and compaction. The surface shall be flat and circular (about 10mm in diameter, without affecting tiling). After the material is completely set, the waterproofing product can be applied.

Leakage stoppage and repair.

Chisel the concrete or masonry around the leak or crack at least 20mm wide and deep, and chisel the leak or crack into an inverted "V" shape to ensure that it will form a good structural bonding after final setting and curing. Wash or blow clean all loose particles, dust and sundries on the prepared substrate, and thoroughly wet the substrate. Plug the YHRepair-FastPlug into the crack or hole and make sure that the crack or hole is filled.
