APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Construction Requirements:
· Roughen the surface of the bearing support pad stone, remove debris from the anchor bolt holes, and soak the support pad stone surface with water until saturated, ensuring no standing water during construction.
· Position the bearing, insert small steel wedges around it, and adjust the bearing to the design elevation, leaving a 20-30mm gap between the bearing bottom and the support pad stone.
Grouting Formwork:
· After verifying the bearing's center position and elevation, install grouting formwork, ensuring reliable measures to prevent leakage during gravity grouting. Pre-measure the required grout volume, ensuring the actual grout volume does not significantly differ from the calculated value to avoid gaps.
· Grout from one side, avoiding simultaneous grouting from all sides. Start grouting continuously without interruption to minimize grouting time.
Mixing Requirements:
· Mix the grout at a water-powder ratio of 0.12-0.16 (by weight). Add water to the mixing bucket first, gradually add the weighed grout, and stir with an electric mixer until all powder is added, then continue stirring for 2-3 minutes until the grout is uniform.
Recommended Approach:
· After the grout reaches the specified strength, remove the formwork and steel wedges. Check for grout leakage, fill any gaps from the removed wedges, tighten the anchor bolts, and install the beam bearing bottom plate and bearing sealing board.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
· High Fluidity: Fills all gaps in equipment foundations without the need for vibration, meeting connection structure requirements.
· High Stability: No shrinkage cracks after curing.
· Micro-expansion and Non-corrosive: Ensures tight contact between equipment and foundation without causing corrosion to steel bars or plates.
· Strong Durability: As an inorganic cement material, it has a service life longer than that of foundation concrete. It shows no significant strength changes after hundreds of fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles. Strength increases significantly after being soaked in engine oil for 30 days.
· Emergency repairs, track filling, and bearing grouting, particularly for high-speed railway bridge bearings and track filling.
· Installation of rubber bearings on various cast-in-place bridges for passenger railways.
· Anchoring joints of frame structures and reinforcing bridge joints.
