APPLICATION PROCEDURE
· Determine the water quantity based on the recommended water-cement ratio. Start by adding 4/5 of the water, gradually mixing while adding the powder. After adding all the powder, continue mixing for 2 minutes, then add the remaining mixing water and continue mixing for another 2 minutes until the slurry is uniform.
· Grouting of the ducts should be performed within 48 hours after the final tensioning. Before grouting, ensure there are no debris or standing water inside the ducts.
· Prior to injecting the grout into the ducts, activate the grout pump to expel a small amount of grout. Only proceed to inject into the beam ducts when the expelled grout's fluidity matches that in the mixing tank.
· The grouting pressure should not exceed 0.6 MPa. The grout filling should reach the opposite end of the duct and continue until the air vents expel grout with the specified fluidity. After closing the grout outlet, maintain a stabilizing pressure period of no less than 0.5 MPa for at least 3 minutes.
· Grouting should follow a bottom-up sequence. Grouting of the same duct should be continuous and completed in one go. The time from mixing the grout to completing the grouting should not exceed 40 minutes, and continuous mixing should be maintained before and during the injection process.
· During grouting, the grout temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C. Within 3 days after grouting, the temperature of the beam and the environment should not fall below 5°C. If the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C, construction should be scheduled during cooler periods.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
· Excellent fluidity and high strength ensure minimal leakage and no layering issues.
· Exceptional durability is achieved through the use of inorganic grouting material, offering resistance to reinforcement corrosion, ensuring longevity, and robustness.
· Rapid development of full strength upon grouting, coupled with slight expansion and other advantageous traits.
· High filling capacity facilitates one-time grouting application, resulting in a dense, pore-free slurry within the pipeline.
· Prestressed steel bars exhibit corrosion resistance and form a strong bond with concrete.
· Post-tensioned prestressed bridge grouting for various highway applications.
· Grouting of large-scale prestressed structural ducts.
· Sealing grouting at various concrete structure joints.
· Curtain grouting, anchoring grouting, void filling, or repair, etc.
