APPLICATION PROCEDURE
· Determine Water Addition: Follow the recommended water-cement ratio. Initially, add 4/5 of the water while stirring. Once the powder is fully added, stir for 2 minutes, then add the remaining water and continue stirring for another 2 minutes until the slurry is uniform.
· Duct Grouting Timing: Perform duct grouting within 48 hours after final tensioning. Ensure the duct is free of debris and water before grouting.
· Pre-Grouting Preparation: Before injecting the slurry into the duct, start the grouting pump to discharge a small amount of slurry. When the discharged slurry matches the flowability of the slurry in the mixing tank, it can be injected into the beam duct.
· Grouting Pressure: The grouting pressure should not exceed 0.6 MPa. Ensure the duct is fully filled with slurry until the vent at the other end discharges slurry with the same flowability as specified. After closing the discharge port, maintain a stable pressure of not less than 0.5 MPa for at least 3 minutes.
· Grouting Sequence: Grout from bottom to top and continuously for the same duct. The total time from mixing to the end of grouting should not exceed 40 minutes. Continuous stirring should be maintained before and during use.
· Temperature Considerations: The slurry temperature during grouting should be between 5°C and 35°C. The beam and surrounding environment should not be below 5°C for 3 days after grouting. For ambient temperatures above 35℃, choose cooler times for construction.
