APPLICATION PROCEDURE
· Substrate Treatment
Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove dust and oil. Remove protruding and loose parts and repair damaged areas with quick-setting mortar. Wet the substrate thoroughly with clean water, but no standing water should remain.
· Preparation of Mortar
The mixing ratio of the product is liquid: powder = 4:20 (mass ratio). Add the liquid component into the mixing bucket first, then add the powder component, and mix quickly and evenly with a mechanical stirrer. The prepared mortar must be used within 45 minutes, and no additional water should be added during use.
· Application of Mortar
Building Exterior Walls: Typically, the application thickness is 5mm to 8mm.
a. Apply the evenly mixed mortar in 2 to 3 layers according to the flatness of the wall, with a total thickness of 5mm to 8mm. Press and smooth the final layer.
b. Apply the second layer after the first layer of polymer waterproof mortar hardens, and so on.
c. After completing the final layer, maintain the surface for at least 7 days after it hardens.
Underground Waterproofing: Typically, the application thickness is 6mm to 12mm.
a. Apply the evenly mixed polymer waterproof mortar in 2 to 3 layers, with each layer thickness between 2mm and 4mm. Press and smooth the final layer.
b. Apply the second layer after the first layer of polymer waterproof mortar hardens, and so on.
c. After completing the final layer, maintain the surface for at least 7 days after it hardens.
