APPLICATION PROCEDURE
· Substrate Treatment
Thoroughly clean the substrate from dust, oil, and any protruding or loose parts. Remove any defects with quick-repair mortar, ensuring no cracking or hollowing. Fully wet the substrate with clean water, but avoid standing water.
· Mortar Preparation
Refer to the packaging certificate for the correct amount of water. Add water to the mixing bucket first, then gradually add the powder while mechanically stirring until a uniform, lump-free paste is formed. The prepared mortar must be used within 45 minutes, and it is prohibited to add water again during use.
· Application of Mortar
For building exterior walls: Typically apply a thickness of 5mm to 8mm.
a. Apply the mixed mortar in 2 to 3 layers, based on the wall's flatness, ensuring the final layer is compacted and smoothed.
b. Apply subsequent layers after the previous layer has hardened.
c. After the final layer has hardened, perform water curing for at least 7 days.
For underground waterproofing projects: Typically apply a thickness of 6mm to 12mm.
a. Apply the mixed mortar in three layers, with each layer being 2mm to 4mm thick, ensuring the final layer is compacted and smoothed.
b. Apply subsequent layers after the previous layer has hardened.
c. After the final layer has hardened, perform water curing for at least 7 days.
