Description

VASA WM200 High-strength Waterproofing Mortar is a two-component product composed of powder and liquid. The powder is made of ordinary silicate cement, refined sand and other additives; the liquid is made of acrylate emulsion and additives. There is no need to add extra water on site, the product is precisely proportioned and can be mechanically sprayed or manually applied. It is characterized by high bond strength, low shrinkage, better seepage resistance, good constructability, non-toxic, harmless, green and so on.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

· Substrate Treatment

Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove dust and oil. Remove protruding and loose parts and repair damaged areas with quick-setting mortar. Wet the substrate thoroughly with clean water, but no standing water should remain.

· Preparation of Mortar

The mixing ratio of the product is liquid: powder = 1:5 (mass ratio). Add the liquid component into the mixing bucket first, then add the powder component, and mix quickly and evenly with a mechanical stirrer. The prepared mortar must be used within 45 minutes, and no additional water should be added during use.

· Application of Mortar

a. Single construction thickness is about 2mm ~ 4mm.

b. The mortar after mixing is evenly divided into batch scraping construction according to the specific construction thickness design requirements, and the second construction is carried out after the first waterproofing mortar is hardened, and so on.

c. After the completion of the last scraping glue, the curing time shall be not less than 7 days after it is hardened.

d. The total thickness of the final mortar layer shall not be less than the design thickness.
