APPLICATION PROCEDURE
· Grinding the Surface
Use a professional floor scrubber to grind the surface, exposing a clean, fresh concrete surface. Remove any existing debris, dust, and slurry to open more capillary pores, allowing the sealer to penetrate better.
· Cleaning the Base Surface
Use a professional grinder with 50-grit epoxy resin grinding discs for thorough wet grinding (with water). Use a specialized water suction device to clean the sludge, then use 150-grit epoxy resin grinding discs for a second round of thorough wet grinding, ensuring that the capillary pores are fully exposed.
· Spraying VASA DP501 Concrete Sealer and Hardener
After drying, evenly spray the sealer (0.3~0.4 kg per square meter). About 2-4 hours later, or when the surface becomes sticky, wash the base surface with clean water, removing any standing water. Let it dry naturally for over 12 hours, ensuring the material penetrates the surface fully and reacts thoroughly to form more hard substances.
· Cleaning the Base Surface
After completing the previous step, clean the surface with water, allowing the material to penetrate deeper. Remove any accumulated surface material to prevent hard-to-clean white spots from forming due to reaction residues. Finally, rinse thoroughly with water.
· Initial Polishing
Use a professional grinder with 300-grit epoxy resin grinding discs for complete grinding 2-3 times (can be wet or dry grinding), performing an initial polish on the entire base surface.
· Final Polishing
Use a professional grinder with 500 to 1000-grit epoxy resin grinding discs for thorough grinding 2-3 times (can be wet-treated or dry grinding), performing a final polish on the entire base surface until it feels smooth and has a slight gloss.
Note: For colored emery floors, the first step should use a professional grinder with 500-grit epoxy resin grinding discs to prevent damaging the floor.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
· Hard and wear-resistant, weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant
· Compressive and impermeable, dustproof and non-slip, glossy and environmentally friendly
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor surfaces requiring hardness, high wear resistance, and high impermeability. It can be applied to new and old concrete surfaces, terrazzo, cement-based wear-resistant floors, and cement mortar layers. Ideal for use in factories, shopping centers, warehouses, parking lots, service stations, aircraft hangars, freight distribution centers, highways, and other areas.
