Description

HONGSHI HS-580 is water-based, high viscosity emulsion of Vinyl Acetate and Ethylene (VAE), no organic solvent, plasticizer, formaldehyde and APEO to be added during production process, therefore the emulsion of HS-580 has pleasant odor, is an eco-friendly waterborne adhesive.

Packaging and Storage

ISO Tank	The suitable storage temperature for HS-580 is 5~37℃
Flexible Tank	If HS-580 is not used up after opening, the opening must be sealed as soon as possible to avoid emulsion crusting due to drying.
IBC tank	HS-580 has a shelf life of 6 months when unopened and stored under appropriate conditions.
220Kg Drum	After long-term storage of HS-580, recommend stirring it before use.
50Kg PE Drum	Since the pH of this product is acidic, it is not suitable to store HS-580 with iron container equipment directly. It is recommended to use stainless steel, ceramic, plastic and other material containers for storage.

· HS-580 has good bonding strength in both dry and wet condition, fits for a variety of smooth and porous substrates, such as paper, cardboard, cotton, foam, wood and PVC film.

· HS-580 has good thickening response to solvents, plasticizers, and tackifying resins.

· HS-580 has good compatibility with other water-based emulsions, such as polyurethane, acrylate and butyl benzene, can mix with them for use.

· HS-580 can maintain high stability in different pH ranges.
