Description

HONGSHI HS-330 is water-based emulsion of Vinyl Acetate and Ethylene (VAE), no organic solvent, plasticizer, formaldehyde and APEO to be added during production process, therefore the emulsion of HS-330 has pleasant odor, is an eco-friendly waterborne adhesive.

Packaging and Storage

ISO Tank	The suitable storage temperature for HS-330 is 5~37℃
Flexible Tank	If HS-330 is not used up after opening, the opening must be sealed as soon as possible to avoid emulsion crusting due to drying.
IBC tank	HS-330 has a shelf life of 6 months when unopened and stored under appropriate conditions.
220Kg Drum	After long-term storage of HS-330, recommend stirring it before use.
50Kg PE Drum	Since the pH of this product is acidic, it is not suitable to store HS-330 with iron container equipment directly. It is recommended to use stainless steel, ceramic, plastic and other material containers for storage.

· HS-330 has high ethylene content, soft film, high elongation and good water resistance.

· HS-330 has good bonding strength, suitable for a variety of smooth and porous substrate bonding, such as paper, cardboard, cotton, foam, wood, metal, etc., especially suitable for bonding difficult to stick substrates, such as plastic film and paper, cotton, wood, etc. The emulsion has good water resistance, high wet bonding strength between the substrates, fits for high wet bonding strength requirements.

· HS-330 has good thickening response to solvents, plasticizers, and tackifying resins.

· HS-330 can maintain high stability in different pH ranges.

· HS-330 has good compatibility with other water-based emulsions, such as polyurethane, acrylate and butyl benzene, can mix with them for use.

· HS-330 also has excellent environmental protection, low odor, low VOC.

HS-330 can be used as an adhesive in the following areas:

· The bonding of plastic film to paper, cotton cloth and wood.

· Packaging adhesive, paper and cardboard adhesive.

· Fabric lamination, shoe making and leather application.

· Soft film laminated composite, vacuum suction plastic.
