Description

HONGSHI HS-535 is water-based emulsion of Vinyl Acetate and Ethylene (VAE), no organic solvent, plasticizer, formaldehyde and APEO to be added during production process, therefore the emulsion of HS-535 has pleasant odor, is an eco-friendly waterborne adhesive.

Packaging and Storage

ISO Tank	The suitable storage temperature for HS-535 is 5~37℃
Flexible Tank	If HS-535 is not used up after opening, the opening must be sealed as soon as possible to avoid emulsion crusting due to drying.
IBC tank	HS-535 has a shelf life of 6 months when unopened and stored under appropriate conditions.
220Kg Drum	After long-term storage of HS-535, recommend stirring it before use.
50Kg PE Drum	Since the pH of this product is acidic, it is not suitable to store HS-535 with iron container equipment directly. It is recommended to use stainless steel, ceramic, plastic and other material containers for storage.

Features & Benefits

· HS-535 has good water resistance and wet bonding strength, fits for a variety of smooth or porous substrates, such as paper, cardboard, cotton, foam, wood and PVC film.

· HS-535 has good dispersibility to pigments and fillers and good permeability to porous substrates.

· HS-535 has good thickening response to solvents, plasticizers, and tackifying resins.

· HS-535 has good compatibility with other water-based emulsions, such as polyurethane, acrylate and butyl benzene, can mix with them for use.

· HS-535 can maintain high stability in different pH ranges.

HS-535 can be used as an adhesive in the following areas:

· Packaging and paper bonding adhesive

· Fabric lamination, shoe making and leather application

· Soft film laminated composite, vacuum suction plastic

Hongshi manufacture site is in Yangzhou National Chemical Industrial Park. It is in Jiangsu Province and 245 km in the north of Shanghai.
