APPLICATION PROCEDURE
· Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate is solid and flat, free of cracks, hollow areas, dust, oil, and water infiltration. If there are cavities or uneven areas at internal and external corners, or if the wall flatness exceeds 3mm, use white inorganic textured mortar to fill and level. Before application, thoroughly wet the substrate with water, and proceed to the next step once the surface water has dissipated.
· Plaster Application Construction
Pour the specified amount of water indicated on the product certificate into a clean mixing bucket. Gradually add VASA MJ01 White Marble Finishing Plaster while stirring with an electric mixer until a uniform, lump-free slurry is achieved. Allow it to sit for 3-5 minutes, then stir again for 15-30 seconds before use. Evenly apply the slurry to the prepared substrate in 2-3 coats, depending on the flatness of the substrate. Apply the next coat when the previous one is nearly dry and does not move under finger pressure. Each coat should be 1-1.5mm thick. After smoothing the surface, use a stainless steel trowel to finish it within 5-10 minutes. After 24 hours, cure with water for 3-4 days for better results.
CAUTIONS
· The suitable application environment temperature is 5℃ to 35℃, with a relative humidity below 85%.
· This product should only be mixed with clean water and not with any other materials. Use the prepared slurry within 1 hour, as high temperatures can significantly reduce the working time.
· Continuous application should be maintained on the same wall, ensuring consistency in the application direction.
· If the product has been left standing for an extended period and has begun to set, do not remix with water for reuse.
· In windy or rainy weather during indoor application, it is recommended to close windows and doors.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
· For storage and transportation, avoid exposure to rain and physical impact to prevent damage to the packaging.
· Store in a cool, dry warehouse to prevent moisture exposure and avoid contact with water.
· Under normal transport and storage conditions, the unopened product has a shelf life of 6 months.
· Keep this product out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
