Description

Redispersible VAE powder HS 780 is a product made of vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) copolymer emulsion as the main component, via spay drying process into flowable white polymer powder, which can be widely used for dry mixed mortar or powder construction material products.

· 25Kg Paper bag · 600Kg Big Bag	· HS 780 storage should protect from moisture. · At storage temperatures above 30 or under pressure during storage may cause HS 780 caking occurs. · If HS 780 is not used up after opening, it should be sealed in time and used as soon as possible. · The optimal service life of HS 780 is 12 months, and the possibility of the product performances beyond the best use period will be reduced. · In order to ensure the best use effect of HS 780, it is recommended to test the products performances before use.

· HS 780 as a VAE polymer powder can be redispersed well into polymer emulsion again after mixing with water.

· HS 780 with the characteristics of high glass transition temperature, therefore, has excellent bonding performance, especially fits for the app lication scenarios that require high bonding strength, such as ceramic tile adhesive.

· HS 780 can form hard film inside and surface of the finished construction material product, which can significantly improve the adhesion, cohesion, wear resistance and waterproofing ability.

· HS 780 is produced without adding plasticizer, film forming additives or solvent, so it has excellent environmental protection, low odor, low VOC.

Scope of Application

HS 780 is recommended to use in dry mixing mortar or powder construction material products, such as ceramic tile adhesive (C2), tile grout, waterproofing mortar, self leveling mortar, repair mortar, decorative mortar, skim coat, micro cement, fire resistant mortar, AAC adhesive, gypsum products, etc.

Normally recommended dosage is 0.5~5% in total formulation.

· In ceramic tile adhesive C2 formulation, is recommended to add 2~5% dosage of HS 780 , which can effectively improve the bonding strength, water resistance, opening time, etc.

· In self leveling mortar formulation, is recommended to add 1.5~3% dosage of HS 780, to improve its bonding strength, flexural strength and wear resistance, etc.
