Description

Redispersible polymer powder HS-768H is a hydrophobic polymer powder prepared mainly from ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion with enhanced properties. It exhibits excellent hydrophobicity and is suitable for use in dry-mix mortars, waterproof mortars, putties, exterior wall insulation system mortars, decorative mortars, repair mortars, etc.

· 25Kg Paper bag · 600Kg Big Bag	· HS-768H storage should protect from moisture. · At storage temperatures above 30℃ or under pressure during storage may cause HS-768H caking occurs. · If HS-768H is not used up after opening, it should be sealed in time and used as soon as possible. · The optimal service life of HS-768H is 6 months, and the possibility of the product performances beyond the best use period will be reduced. · In order to ensure the best use effect of HS-768H, it is recommended to test the product’s performances before use.

· HS-768H has undergone special hydrophobic modification, resulting in hardened mortars with strong hydrophobic properties. It is particularly suitable for applications where high hydrophobicity is required.

· HS-768H with the characteristics of high ethylene content and low film forming temperature, therefore, can form very soft film, which fits for application scenarios that require high flexibility or good adhesion to organic interfaces.

· HS-768H with good acid and alkaline resistance, is good for the workability and weatherability of the construction material products which used it.

· HS-768H not only retains the superior performances of the original VAE emulsion, such as good

film formation, excellent adhesion and durable flexibility, but also improves the convenience and stability for transportation, storage and operation.

· HS-768H is produced without adding plasticizer, film forming additives or solvent, so it has excellent environmental protection, low odor, low VOC.

Scope of Application

HS-768H is recommended to use in dry mixing mortar, such as waterproofing mortar, skim coat, external wall insulation system (EIFS/ETICS) mortar, decoration mortar, repair mortar, etc.

· In waterproofing mortar, is recommended to add 3~10% dosage of HS-768H, which can effectively improve hydrophobicity and decrease water absorption.

· In EIFS/ETICS formulation, is recommended to add 5~10% dosage of HS-768H, which can effectively improve the bonding strength, impact resistance and reduce water absorption.

· In flexible skim coat formulation, is recommended to add 3~5% dosage of HS-768H, which can significantly improve the flexibility, water absorption and bonding strength with the substrate
