· HS 680 as a VAE polymer powder can be redispersed well into polymer emulsion again after mixing with water.
· HS 680 with the characteristics of high glass transition temperature, therefore, has excellent bonding performance, especially fits for the app lication scenarios that require high bonding strength, such as ceramic tile adhesive.
· HS 680 can form hard film inside and surface of the finished construction material product, which can significantly improve the adhesion, cohesion, wear resistance and waterproofing ability.
· HS 680 with good acid and alkaline resistance, is good for the workability and weatherability of the construction material products which used it.
· HS 680 with good and wide compatibility, can use with almost all other chemical additives in diverse formulations.
· HS 680 not only retains the superior performances of the original VAE emulsion, such as good film formation, excellent adhesion and durable flexi bility, but also improves the convenience and stability for transportation, storage and operation.
· HS 680 is produced without adding plasticizer, film forming additives or solvent, so it has excellent environmental protection, low odor, low VOC.
HS 680 is recommended to use in dry mixing mortar or powder construction material products, such as ceramic tile adhesive (C1), tile grout, waterproofing mortar, self leveling mortar, repair mortar, decorative mortar, skim coat, micro cement, fire resistant mortar, AAC adhesive, gypsum products, etc.
Normally recommended dosage is 0.5~5% in total formulation.
· In ceramic tile adhesive C1 formulation, is recommended to add 1~2% dosage of HS-680 , which can effectively improve the bonding strength, water resistance, opening time, etc.
· In self leveling mortar formulation, is recommended to add 1.5~3% dosage of HS-680 , to improve its bonding strength, flexural strength and wear resistance, etc.
