Description

1. High Traction StrengthMade of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material with a tensile strength of ≥22 MPa, it is suitable for long-distance directional drilling and pipe pulling. The pipe offers excellent flexibility, with a minimum bending radius of up to 20 times the pipe diameter, making it adaptable to complex underground paths. 2. Wear and Corrosion ResistantThe smooth inner wall (roughness coefficient of only 0.009) reduces drag resistance. It provides excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and electrochemical corrosion, making it suitable for high-corrosion environments such as chemical zones and garbage leachate systems. 3. Solid Thick-Wall DesignUniform wall thickness with no weak points ensures strong resistance to external pressure (selectable ring stiffness: SN8 to SN16). Suitable for deep burial (6+ meters) and high-load areas (such as highways and airport runways), it effectively resists settlement deformation. 4. Zero Leakage ConnectionHot melt butt fusion/electrofusion welding creates an integrated pipeline system. The joint strength equals or exceeds the pipe body strength, completely eliminating the risk of interface leakage.
