APPLICATION PROCEDURE
· Substrate Treatment
The exterior wall surface must be solid, clean, and free of hollows. Any oil stains, impermeable coatings, floating dust, or efflorescence on both new and old construction surfaces must be thoroughly removed. For new construction, the wall surface deviation should be less than 4mm when checked with a 2m ruler. Surfaces exceeding this deviation should be corrected using VASA F-60 Fast Repair Mortar. External door and window openings must be inspected and accepted, ensuring that the opening dimensions and positions meet design requirements. The door and window frames must be installed.
· Construction Process
Add the required amount of water as indicated on the certificate to a mixing bucket, then slowly add the powder while stirring. Use an electric mixer to stir until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then stir again for 15-30 seconds before use. The mixed adhesive should be used within 2 hours.
Dot-Frame Method
Apply the mixed adhesive along the perimeter of the insulation board in a 3-4 cm wide strip(Insulation board needs to be done should be first on the bonding interface, besmear brushs interface agent and dry), and apply 6-8 spots of adhesive with a diameter of about 8 cm in the middle(The dimensions of the thermal insulation board are 600mm*1200mm) . Immediately press the insulation board evenly against the wall base from bottom to top, sliding it into position while applying uniform pressure. Insulation board paste in place to ensure that the special bonding mortar paste the effective area of not less than 40% of the area of the insulation board as a whole (when using spot frame construction, the design for paint finishes, bonded area rate of not less than 40%; When designed for the tile finish, the bond area rate is not less than 50%).
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
· Strong Bonding Strength: Ensures firm adhesion to various substrates.
· Excellent Water Resistance: Maintains performance even under wet conditions.
· Easy to Apply: The mixture is easy to stir and apply, enhancing work efficiency.
Bonding polystyrene boards and rock wool boards in both new constructions and renovation projects.
