APPLICATION PROCEDURE
· Substrate Treatment:The substrate should be solid, clean, free of dust, oil, water, and hollows. Any holes or depressions should be filled and leveled with this product. New walls should be sufficiently hardened before construction. Before application, the wall surface should be coated 1-2 times with a specialized gypsum mortar interface agent for reinforcement.
· Mortar Preparation:Apply the amount of water indicated on the certificate, first pour clean water into the mixing bucket, gradually add the gypsum plaster while stirring. Mix until uniform and free of lumps. It is recommended to use an electric mixer on low speed for better results. After mixing, let the slurry stand for 5 minutes, then stir again for 2-3 minutes before use. The prepared product should be used within 1 hour, and it is recommended to mix as needed.
· Leveling Application:Apply the mixed slurry to the wall, smooth it with a trowel, or use a straight edge to scrape it along the guiding strips. For the first application, it is recommended to apply a thin layer to improve adhesion to the substrate. Each layer should not exceed 15mm in thickness. If a thicker leveling layer is required, it should be applied in multiple coats. Putty can only be applied after the gypsum plaster is completely dry.
