APPLICATION PROCEDURE

· Substrate Treatment:The substrate should be solid, free of loose particles, and clean from dust and debris. Any large holes or grooves in the substrate should be repaired in advance.

· Mortar Preparation:Pour clean water into the mixing bucket, gradually add the gypsum plaster while stirring. Use an electric mixer to mix the plaster until uniform and free of lumps, let it stand for 5 minutes, and then stir again for 30 seconds before use. The mixing ratio is detailed on the product certificate, and the mixed slurry should be used within 1 hour.

· Plastering and Leveling:Apply the mixed product to the wall. If a thick leveling layer is required, apply it in multiple coats, ensuring that each coat is completely dry before applying the next. Once dry, apply putty for a smooth finish.
