Description

BIAN Universal Exterior Finish Skimcoat is a single component product that can be used after opening and mixing with water, making it easy to apply. After scraping, it is firmly combined with the base layer, durable and strong, and has good water and alkali resistance. This product is suitable for rough leveling treatment of the base layer of exterior walls, with high leveling efficiency and shortened construction period.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

· Ensure that the substrate is fully dry, solid, free of oil stains, and other loose materials. Powdery or peeling substrates should be cleaned before application.

· Add water according to the specified amount, and use an electric mixer to stir thoroughly for 3 to 5 minutes. Let the mixture stand for 3 to 5 minutes, then stir again until uniform before use.

· Using batch embedding tools for construction, it is recommended to scrape with a thickness of 1-2mm each time. When the flatness of the base layer is greater than 2mm, it is recommended to scrape in batches;

· The interval between coats should be based on the full drying of the previous coat before applying the next coat.
