Description

YHBituRoof-4700 Exposed Multicolor Waterborne Asphalt Waterproofing Coating is a single-component water-based waterproof coating. It uses a high weather-resistant polymer emulsion as the base material, compounded with high-performance emulsified asphalt and weather-resistant additives. It is environmentally friendly, water-based, highly elastic, resistant to cracking, and suitable for roof repair work on concrete and metal roofs in civil buildings.

Application Information

Reference dosage

For a dry film thickness of 1.0 mm, the consumption is approximately 2.0-2.3 kg/m² (actual consumption depends on the condition of the base surface).

Application Method

Surface Preparation: The surface should be solid, smooth, free of dust, no loose sand, oil, or visible water. If the surface temperature is too high or the moisture content is too low, it should be wetted with water. The accompanying white liquid is a specialized primer that can be sprayed or rolled on the surface before applying the coating to enhance adhesion.

Application: Ready to use directly from the bucket. It can be applied by rolling, spraying, or brushing. Apply 2-4 coats according to the designed thickness, ensuring even coverage with no omissions.
