VASA's main product lines include tile and stone pasting series, waterproof mortar series, cement-based grouting material series, wall leveling and skimcoat series, inorganic flooring series, soil solidification products, etc.
The strap-type support is directly welded to the TPO roof without damaging
the roof waterproof layer. Then, connect the guide rail to the support to
complete the installation.
To fix the flip anchor support, make an opening on the roof, extend the flip anchor under the roof support plate, turn the anchor body horizontally, and clamp it under the roof support plate to complete the fixation. The flip anchor support is equipped with a prefabricated TPO circular disc, which is welded to the roof TPO to finish the waterproof repair.
What types of PE fittings are available, and how should they be selected?
A
There are three main types of PE fittings:
Socket fusion fittings (recommended for sizes DN20 to DN110)
Butt fusion fittings (commonly used for sizes above DN110)
Electrofusion fittings, which are less commonly used in standard water supply systems and are typically applied in maintenance and repair scenarios.
What are the standard pipe lengths for PE pipes, and how can the length be customized?
A
PE pipes are supplied in both coils and straight lengths.
Coiled pipes are typically supplied in 100-meter rolls.
Straight pipes are generally 6 meters per length.
Customized lengths are also available upon request, such as 9 meters or 12 meters per coil, depending on customer requirements.
What are the available pressure ratings for PE pipes, and which are the most commonly used?
A
PE pipes are available in eight pressure ratings, ranging from PN0.4 to PN2.0. The most commonly used ratings are:
PN0.6, PN0.8, PN1.0, PN1.25, and PN1.6.
What are the maximum service temperatures and pressures for PE and PP-R pipes in water supply systems?
A
PE pipes have a maximum service temperature of 40°C and a pressure rating of 1.6 MPa.
PP-R pipes have a maximum service temperature of 70°C and a pressure rating of 1.0 MPa
What are the recommended fusion welding temperatures for PE and PP-R pipes?
A
The fusion welding temperatures vary depending on the material and are also affected by ambient temperature. For PE pipes, the recommended welding temperature is 210 ± 10°C, while for PP-R pipes it is 260 ± 10°C.
