OYH Expands Building Materials Portfolio with Anchor

OYH has completed the acquisition of Anchor, a well-established pipe manufacturer with more than 60 years of industry experience. Following the acquisition, the OYH management team visited Anchor's Zhongshan production base to learn more about its operations and discuss future collaboration and development plans.

Founded in 1961, Anchor specializes in plastic piping systems, including CPVC, UPVC, PPR and PPH products. Its product portfolio is designed for a wide range of construction applications and is supported by an established distribution network in Hong Kong and Macau.

With the addition of Anchor, OYH further expands its building material portfolio, which includes waterproof membranes, waterproof coatings, mortar, insulation boards and piping systems. The company will support the continued development of Anchor’s manufacturing capabilities while maintaining established quality management practices.

This integration further strengthens OYH's ability to provide a broader range of building material solutions for construction projects across different markets.
